By using any page or tool on fmcgmath.in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

What you can do

You may use all calculators on FMCGMath for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, free of charge. You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information. There is no restriction on how many calculations you run.

You may share links to FMCGMath pages, embed our URL in your own content, and reference our tools in articles, presentations, or training materials, provided you attribute the source.

What you cannot do

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download any content or calculator outputs using automated tools for the purpose of building a competing product or database.
• Copy or substantially reproduce the HTML, CSS, or JavaScript of any calculator and republish it as your own tool, whether commercially or otherwise.
• Use the site in any way that places excessive load on our infrastructure or interferes with access for other users.
• Misrepresent FMCGMath — for example, claiming that calculator outputs are certified, audited, or endorsed by FMCGMath for regulatory purposes.

Intellectual property

All calculator logic, site design, copy, and branding belong to FMCGMath. The underlying mathematical formulas (GST tax calculation, food science shelf-life models, recipe ratio arithmetic) are derived from public domain and published scientific literature and are not claimed as proprietary. Our implementation — the code, layout, and presentation — is protected.

No warranties

FMCGMath is provided as-is. We do not warrant that the site will be available at all times, that calculator outputs will be error-free, or that the tools will meet your specific requirements. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

See our Disclaimer for the full limitation of liability regarding calculator accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this site is nil — we provide the service free of charge and with no warranty.

Links to third-party sites

FMCGMath links to GST Council notifications, FSSAI resources, and other government or reference portals. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or availability.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date above will reflect the most recent update.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of fmcgmath.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
